Product Description
Monascus Red, one of the secondary metabolites of Monascus, is produced by the fermentation and extraction technology. Monascus Red color can improve the coloring of food, make it look yummier.
Monascus Red Additive Usage:
1.Using water or 70% alcohol dissolve the product according to the required. And then add it to the ingredients for coloring.
2.The amount can be determined according the required hue.
3.If use hot water to dissolve Monascus Red Powder, the dissolution time can be shorten when the water's temperature is about 50℃.
