Eco-type dyeing accelerant for dyeing polyester and its blends with other fibers
Eco-type dyeing accelerant for dyeing polyester and its blends with other fibers. One product that can be used for dyeing polyester fiber, polyester blends and triacetate fiber with very low odour.
Features
is suitable for dyeing both 100% polyester and PET/wool, PET/cellulose and PET/PUE fiber blends; is suitable for dyeing triacetate fiber with DISPERSE DYE; is suitable for dyeing cationic dyeing modified polyester(CDP and NPCDP);is suitable for re-dyeing dyed fabric with un-levelness;has excellent dyeing accelerating effect and leveling effect; has no influence on fastness to light of dyed fabrics; has very low volatility and odour; does not include chlorobenzene derivatives; does not include APEO;meets all regulations of Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Storage stability
two years since being shipped in sealed container; When storage temperature is lower than 0ºC, protection measure shall be taken. If there is cloudness in the product, the product thickens or solidifies, the product shall be melted at room temperature, and be briefly stirred, and the product can be used as normal.Application EMP POW is one valid dyeing accelerant with low volatility and odour. The product is mostly used to dye PET/wool blend fabrics;EMP POW meets all regulations of Oeko-Tex Standard 100. In order to obtain optimum dyeing effect, the product has wide application temperature range from 98-130ºC. However, when dyeing PET/wool blend fabrics, dyeing temperature must be lower than dyeing range (highest temperature is 120ºC) in order to keep quality of wool from damaged, and dyeing shall be done at 98ºC. EMP POW can improve compatibility of dyes during exhaustion dyeing.

The applicable amount of EMP POW depends on the following factors: Dyeing temperature;Dyeing depth;Dyeing material;Dyeing liquid ratio;Dyeing temperature rising rate;Dyeing time.
Dyeing PET/wool blend fabrics
Percentage of EMP POW as under above table related to the PET component.
Dyeing PET/PUE blend fabrics PET/PUE blends should be dyed between 100-120ºC to protect PUE fiber. EMP POW has no influence on strength and elasticity of PET/PUE blends when dyed at above temperature. Applicable amount of EMP POW is between 1.0 to 5.0%.
Dyeing PET/cellulose fiber blends
One bath -one step method and one bath -two steps method can be applies for dyeing PET/cellulose fiber blend. The dyes used can be disperse dye and DIRECT DYE.
