Silk-Fibroin Finishing Agent Emp SD-P

Application Fields:
The active ingredient of EMP SD-P is silk-fibroin, one of the natural moisturizing substance, having high safety and effect of moistening skin and retaining water of skin.  
The product has no adverse influence on strength, handle,  air permeability and rewetting properties of the treated textiles.
The product is used for skin-care finishing of cotton, wool, silk, hemp and chemical fibers. The textiles treated with the product has good comfort and excellent moisture absorbing and retaining property, and also can give silky softness, quick drying and antistatic effect.

Application:
The product can be used by means of padding and exhaust process. Application amount of the product is 3~5% o.w.f.  
Padding process: EMP SD-P:30-70g/L; drying temperature: ≤140ºC;
Exhaust process: EMP SD-P: 3-5%;Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Temperature: 40-50ºC;Time: 15~30min.; drying temperature: ≤140ºC.
Package:   25kg plastic barrel, or other package according to requirements.
