Product Description
Application Field:
EMP HOT is resistant moisture-absorbing and heat-generating finishing agent. It has moisture-absorbing and heat-generating property, and also has warm-keeping property.
Properties:
Ingredient: special polyacrylic acid chemical;
p H: 4.0 ~4.5
Ionicity: anionic
Solubility: can be mixed with any proportion of water, and dissolved in water.
Application:
1. Padding process is the most process for EMP HOT;
2. Heat-setting condition:
Polyester:180ºC×30 sec.
Cotton: 150ºC×2min.
3. Application amount: EMP H0T:3-5%
Notes:
1) Color may change when using EMP HOT, so confirmation must be done before using the product;
2) The product must be sealed after being used;
3) Deposition may occur after long time of placement, so stirring and shaking should be done before use.
Test method:
After drying at condition(105ºC×45min.), treated fabrics are placed into drying machine(temperature: 20ºC;RH: 80%) for 5 hours, and then weight change is measured, and moisturizing efficiency(ME) is calculated according to the following formula:

Package: 25kg/plastic barrel; shelf time: 1 year.
