Anti-Microbial and Anti-Fungal Finishing Agent Emp Abf-248

Used for Anti-microbial and Anti-fungal Treatment of Textile Products  
Application Fields:
The anti-microbial and anti-fungal finishing agent EMP ABF-248 is durable hygienic finishing agent, featuring safe, highly efficient and extensive anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties, wash-fast, as well as no influence on whiteness, shade, strength, handling and permeability of the treated fabric. EMP ABF-248 is famous for its excellent anti-fungal property.
Application examples include: home-textile, technical textiles and heavy fabric, and can be used for all regular fibers and fabrics, especially for mattress, carpet, textile wallcloth, upholstery, indoor and outdoor furniture,tent, sleeping bag, backpack, showercurtain, tarpaulin, awning, sail, band, rope, shoe interlining fabric.
Appearance: White to cream color suspension.
Ionic nature: Nonionic organic antimicrobial agent;
Solubility:  Can be mixed with water in any proportion.  
PH:      PH of solution is 6.0 ~ 8.5
Compatibility: Compatible with most finishing agents.
S.G. :      1.05-1.15 g/cm3(20ºC)
Application:1.0~3.0 % of EMP ABF-248 relative to the dry weight of the textiles to be nished. 1.0-2.0%of EMP FIX-ET can be used together with EMP ABF-248 to improve wash-resistance of antimicrobial and anti-fungal effect.
EMP ABF-248 can be treated on to the textile products by means of padding, exhaustion, coating and spray application methods.
Padding:  Undiluted EMP ABF-248 should be added to the bath under uninterrupted stirring condition as last component while stirring to homogenity. pH value of treatment solution shoud be acid The absorption properties may be improved by adding a wetting agent. Diluted treatment solution must be used up at the same day
